სკიჯი არის ხმელი ყურძნის ძველქართული სახელწოდება. საწარმო მდებარეობს გურიაში, ჩოხატაურის მუნიციპალიტეტის სოფელ ხიდისთავში. იგი დაფინანსდა სახელმწიფო პროგრამის „აწარმოე საქართველოს“ ფარგლებში, მიკრო და მცირე მეწარმის ხელშემწყობი პროექტის თანხით. „სკიჯის“ მიერ წარმოებული პროდუქცია უნიკალურია. ის, საკუთარ საკარმიდამო ნაკვეთში მოყვანილი და სოფლის მოსახლეობისგან ნაყიდი უწამლი ხილითაა დამზადებული. გამშრალია სპეციალურ აპარატში, მწერებისაგან და მტვრისაგან დაცულად. საწარმოს მიზანია, ხელი შეუწყოს ადგილობრივი, ნატურალური ნედლეუილის ათვისებას და ბაზარზე ქართული, ჯანსაღი პროდუქტის დამკვიდრებას.
